Sreenivas began his career in his family's printing business, where he played a key role in modernising its operations, and went on to found Harsha Graphics, serving clients across India. With a passion for real estate and years of entrepreneurial experience behind him, he founded Stone Hill Property Management with a vision to bring professionalism, transparency, and excellence to property management.
After earning dual degrees in International Business and Marketing at the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, Sashi gained hands-on property management experience in the United States. Inspired to bring that professionalism and efficiency to the industry in India, he co-founded Stone Hill Property Management — contributing a modern vision and an innovative approach to the company's growth.
