Built by someone who managed property the American way
Sashi Reddy Jakkula, our Executive Partner, completed dual degrees in International Business and Marketing at the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, and then gained hands-on property management experience in the United States.
He came back convinced that Hyderabad owners — especially those living abroad — deserved the same professionalism: screened tenants, documented inspections, transparent fees, and a manager who answers. That conviction became Stone Hill, co-founded with Managing Partner Sreenivas Reddy Jakkula in 2021.

Repairs & maintenance
