This policy explains what personal information Stone Hill Property Management collects through this website and our owner portal, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

Who we are

Stone Hill Property Management LLP (LLPIN AAW-8304), 4th Floor, Survey No. 43, Arka Rochish Building, Khajaguda Road, Manikonda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500089. We are the data fiduciary for the information described here.

The LLP was incorporated on 28 April 2021 as Stone Hill Consultancy LLP and renamed Stone Hill Property Management LLP on 12 January 2026. It is the same legal entity throughout; some registrations still show the former name.

What we collect

When you enquire: Your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about your property or requirement — locality, budget, property type, and any message you write.
When you create an owner portal account: Your name and email address. We do not store a password: you sign in with a six-digit code we email you each time. If you list a property we also hold its details and the photographs you upload.
When you become a client: The information needed to manage a property or a tenancy: owner and tenant contact details, agreements, rent and payment records, inspection reports and photographs, and identity documents where a tenancy requires them.
Automatically: Standard website analytics through Google Analytics — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser. This tells us which pages are useful; it does not identify you by name.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a visit or valuation.
To provide the services you have asked for — managing a property, finding a tenant or buyer, collecting rent, carrying out inspections and repairs.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
To improve the website.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.

Who we share it with

We do not share your personal information outside Stone Hill. It is used by our own staff to serve you. The only exceptions are where the service itself requires it — for example passing a repair address to the technician attending your property, or sharing a tenant’s details with the owner of the property they are renting — and where the law or a court requires us to disclose it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients: deleted three years after we last heard from you.
Owner, tenant and tenancy records, including financial records: kept for eight years after the relationship ends, to meet tax and contract-limitation requirements.
Owner portal accounts: kept while the account is active. Ask us and we will close and delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also withdraw consent for us to contact you. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, write to the grievance officer above. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. You can block these through your browser settings without losing any functionality. The owner portal sets one essential cookie to keep you signed in; it carries no advertising or tracking purpose.

Security

Information is held on servers in India, access is limited to Stone Hill staff who need it, and passwords for our internal systems are stored only in encrypted form. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable care with what you give us.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
